Mark D. Imbriani received his B.S. degree in finance from Lehigh University and his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall Law School. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1984. He is also admitted before the United States District Court, District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Somerset County Bar Association. He is a former Assistant Prosecutor in Union County. As an Assistant Prosecutor he tried a wide range of cases including drug possession and sale, weapons possession, aggravated assault, theft, and murder cases then subject to the death penalty. After leaving the Prosecutors Office he became a partner in the law firm of Kennedy and Imbriani where he represented clients in a variety of matters including insurance defense, criminal
cases and community association law. In 1996, Mr. Imbriani established the firm of Mark D. Imbriani, Attorney at Law. He now represents clients in connection with the following legal matters:
